Sales Incentive Voucher Submission

To show our appreciation for promoting the sales of our Hydraulic Attachments, Connect Work Tools is offering cash incentives to hardworking salespeople for each retail sale of a hydraulic attachment in 2024.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES:

  • Sales incentives will be paid for any unit sold within 24 months of dates of original invoice
  • A sales incentive voucher must be filled out in its entirety and submitted along with a copy of the distributor’s retail sales invoice and completed warranty registration for each attachment
  • Distributor Salesperson will be required to submit (one time only) an IRS W-9 Form with their Social Security Number and mailing address in order to receive cash incentives
  • Appropriate IRS 1099 Form will be mailed to the distributor salesperson no later than January 31, 2025 for tax purposes
  • Sales incentive must be submitted 90 days of sales invoice
  • Incentives for attachments offered under special advertised promotions will be paid at 50% of the normal cash value
  • Information for submitting will be provided on the sales incentive voucher
  • Payment will be processed within 45 days of receipt of sales incentive voucher and verification of information provided

Salesperson Contact Information:
An IRS W-9 is required for payment. You will only need to submit this once. Please complete the W-9 form (see link above). If you are not able to submit through this form, please email incentive@connectworktools.com. Please note the sales incentive will not be processed without the W9.
